Installed in South Fremantle- 6162

This South Fremantle property has been upgraded with a high-quality battery storage system, designed to work seamlessly with the homeowner’s existing solar panels. Installed as a battery-only retrofit with an AC-coupled design, this solution provides flexibility, efficiency, and enhanced energy independence without the need for replacing or altering the current solar array.

The installation features a single Alpha ESS 10.1P battery with a total storage capacity of 10.1kWh. This capacity allows the system to store excess solar energy generated during the day for use at night, during cloudy periods, or when the grid experiences interruptions. The AC-coupled configuration ensures the battery can be integrated into a wide range of existing systems, making it an ideal upgrade for homeowners looking to increase their renewable energy use without major changes to their current setup.

Adding battery storage to an existing solar system delivers significant benefits. The homeowners can now power their home with stored solar energy outside daylight hours, greatly reducing reliance on grid electricity and lowering energy bills. The system also provides backup power during outages, ensuring essential appliances and systems remain operational.

With the ability to make better use of the solar energy already being produced, the return on investment for the existing solar system is maximised. Furthermore, the Alpha ESS 10.1P is designed for durability and long-term performance, offering the peace of mind that comes with high-quality, reliable technology.
This project demonstrates how a battery retrofit can transform an existing solar setup into a more complete and self-sufficient energy solution. By storing renewable power for use when it’s most needed, the homeowners have taken another step towards energy security and environmental sustainability.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. DMG Solar & Electrical did an amazing job installing my 50 kWh battery and solar panels today. The team was friendly, professional, and very patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. They even cleaned my garage after the job!

The work was done efficiently, at a great price, and to a very high standard. I’ve already recommended them to a friend and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality solar and electrical work. Thank you team!
