Installed in Kingsley- 6026

We recently delivered a high-performance solar and storage upgrade for a home in Kingsley, designed to dramatically reduce reliance on the grid while ensuring energy security during outages.

The homeowner wanted a system that would not only keep their electricity costs under control but also provide dependable backup power for the entire household. Our team engineered a solution that delivers both, with scalable technology that supports future energy needs.

System Specification

9.69 kW Solar Panel Array
Strategically installed to maximise harvesting throughout the day, the array generates enough capacity to power the home’s daily consumption and continuously charge the battery storage.

5 kW Inverter
A reliable inverter that maintains efficient conversion from DC to usable AC energy across all home appliances, while working in sync with the battery management system.

50.5 kWh Battery Storage
A robust storage capacity that enables the home to operate independently from the grid overnight, during peak-tariff times, and throughout longer unplanned outages.

Blackout Protection via Bypass Switch
In the event of a grid failure, the home can quickly switch to stored power to maintain essential household loads without disruption. This manual solution provides a cost-effective form of security and peace of mind.

Benefits for the Homeowner

✅ Significant Bill Reduction
Solar generation combined with a large battery means less imported electricity and greater control over household expenses.

✅ Energy Independence
50.5 kWh storage provides enough reserve to run the home overnight and through cloudy weather patterns.

✅ Reliable Backup Power
The bypass switch gives the homeowner continued operation of essential appliances during outages – no spoiled food, no discomfort, no downtime.

✅ Protection Against Tariff Changes
Battery prioritisation maximises self-consumption and reduces exposure to future price increases.

✅ Sustainable Emissions Reduction
Daily reliance on solar power supports a cleaner energy future for the local community.

By investing in this system, the family now enjoys unmatched independence from rising energy costs and the reassurance that their power needs are covered day and night.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. DMG Solar & Electrical did an amazing job installing my 50 kWh battery and solar panels today. The team was friendly, professional, and very patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. They even cleaned my garage after the job!

The work was done efficiently, at a great price, and to a very high standard. I’ve already recommended them to a friend and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality solar and electrical work. Thank you team!
