Installed in Wellard- 6170

This Wellard household has just gone live with a 9.97kW solar and 50kWh AlphaESS battery installation, paired with a 5kW AlphaESS hybrid inverter. The combination delivers serious storage capacity and a generation profile suited to a high consumption family home.

The solar array was split across two roof sections, with a long string of panels running down a side aspect to maximise afternoon production and a second array facing the main aspect for strong midday output. Tile hooks were used throughout to keep the roof watertight and the panel layout neat.

Inside the garage, the AlphaESS hybrid inverter sits stacked above the battery modules with bollards installed in front for impact protection. The setup is fully compliant with current battery safety standards, with clear signage and adequate ventilation around the equipment.

AlphaESS hybrid systems are a great match for Perth households looking to maximise self consumption and ride through outages. The modular battery design also lets you stack more capacity later if usage grows. You can read more about the technology over at the AlphaESS website.

The install was led by Jaxon, one of DMG Solar’s licensed electricians, with the team taking care over cable management, signage and panel alignment so the system looks tidy and runs reliably.

Looking at adding a new residential solar system or pairing your existing panels with a battery? Our team will work through your power bills and roof layout to design a setup that pays itself back. We also offer dedicated home battery installation for storage upgrades on existing arrays.

If your current setup needs more capacity, our repairs and expansion service can add panels or upgrade your inverter without ripping out what already works.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. DMG Solar & Electrical did an amazing job installing my 50 kWh battery and solar panels today. The team was friendly, professional, and very patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. They even cleaned my garage after the job!

The work was done efficiently, at a great price, and to a very high standard. I’ve already recommended them to a friend and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality solar and electrical work. Thank you team!
