Installation Notes and System Layout

The rooftop solar array has been configured across multiple sections of the roof to make the most of the available space while improving energy production across a broader portion of the day. This layout helps capture more sunlight during changing seasonal conditions and supports consistent charging of the battery system.

Inside the property, the Alpha ESS battery system has been installed in a dedicated sheltered location with a clean, organised finish. The modular battery configuration provides over 50kWh of storage capacity, allowing the homeowners to store a substantial amount of excess solar energy for use after sunset, during peak tariff periods or whenever household demand is highest.

The system is intelligently managed by the Alpha ESS hybrid inverter, which automatically balances solar production, battery charging and household consumption to maximise self-sufficiency and minimise electricity imports from the grid.
