50kWh AlphaESS Battery Installed in Wanneroo

DMG Solar delivered a 50kWh AC coupled AlphaESS battery system at a property in Wanneroo, helping the homeowner take far more control over their daily energy use.

The home already had a working rooftop solar system, so an AC coupled battery from AlphaESS was the most efficient way to add storage without replacing any of the existing equipment.

Because the install is outdoors, every component is IP rated for the Perth climate and mounted on concrete pads against the brick wall. The AlphaESS hybrid inverter sits on the left with two stacked battery towers, and a second tower stack sits to the right, all wired through the dual battery isolators above.

With 50kWh of usable capacity, this property can now ride through evening peak periods almost entirely on stored solar energy, and still have headroom for backup if grid power drops out.
