16.6kW Solar + 40kWh Sigenergy Battery Installed in Beeliar

DMG Solar has just delivered a sizeable 16.625kW solar and 40kWh Sigenergy battery package for a family home in Beeliar, complete with full house automatic blackout protection so essentials stay running when the grid drops out.

The large rooftop array was spread across multiple roof faces to spread generation through the day and feed both the household and the battery while the sun is up. With over 16kW of panels feeding a 40kWh stack, the homeowners can run almost entirely from their own solar most days of the year.

Inside the garage, the Sigenergy SigenStor battery and wall mounted hybrid inverter were neatly installed alongside the existing meter board. The full house backup setup means that during a grid outage the system seamlessly islands and keeps the lights, fridge and selected circuits running off stored solar energy.
