14.5kW Solar + 60kWh AlphaESS Battery Installed in Canning Vale

This Canning Vale home is now running on a 14.5kW solar array, twin 5kW parallel inverters and a 60kWh AlphaESS battery bank, one of the most powerful residential setups we have commissioned this year.

The two AlphaESS 5kW hybrid inverters are wired in parallel, which lets the system handle higher continuous loads and keeps the battery charging at a strong rate even on cloudy days. With four battery cabinets making up the 60kWh of usable storage, the home has plenty of headroom for whole house backup.

Up on the tiled roof, the 14.5kW solar array is split across two clean orientations so the system catches both morning and afternoon sun. All panels are mounted with rail systems suited to the tile profile, with cable management hidden under the panels.

Inside the equipment bay, two AlphaESS hybrid inverters sit centred on the wall with the four battery cabinets stood on anchored bases below. All warning labels, isolators and shutdown procedures are clearly visible, ready for the final Western Power inspection.
